For all orders under $200, a $5 Shipping + Handling fee with be charged, for anywhere in New Zealand. All New Zealand orders are delivered in a signature required courier parcel. Next day delivery where possible.If payment is not received within three working days, items will be returned to stock. We do not ship to a PO Box address. Occasionally we may have to source a cosmetic from one of our stores - this can add up to 2 days to our delivery time.

We want you to look and feel fabulous in your new Phoenix Cosmetics makeup. Therefore, we are happy to exchange or refund any part of your online order that you are not satisfied with. (Full price items only.) Please print out and complete our returns form.

The cosmetics must be unworn and unused.

All packaging must still be attached.

Sale, discounted items or personalised Custom Blend Foundation can not be returned or refunded. Custom Blend Foundations need to be taken into your closest store and re-coloured for you (free of charge).

You must return your order within 14 days of the ‘Shipping Confirmation’ date for New Zealand orders and 20 days for international orders (Your Shipping Confirmation will be emailed to you once the order has been dispatched).

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be actioned on Monday.

Return postage must be paid for by the customer. Please ensure adequate postage is attached, as Cash on Delivery returns will not be accepted. We also recommend you send your return back via a trackable method of postage, as we will not be responsible for lost or missing parcels, and all goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

Phoenix Cosmetics does its best to ensure that all customers receive top quality merchandise. However, if you believe that your item is faulty, or different from the description provided on the website, please contact us by email and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Approved refunds will be credited in the same manner in which they were originally paid.

We invite you to make queries into any matters concerning our products whether it be colour, size, texture – whatever you may wish to discuss prior to purchasing. When you receive your order we recommend that you check your purchase against your receipt immediately to determine if any returns or exchanges are required. All cosmetics will be quality-checked before being sent to you.


Please note that the colour of our products represented on your monitor may differ slightly to the physical item. If you have any concerns regarding this, please contact us to discuss further. Every effort has been made to portray the colours of our products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. However, because the actual colours you see depend on the monitor you are using, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be completely accurate.


Custom Foundations are matched, mixed and packaged for you in our stores. For your initial mix, you need to visit a Phoenix store where an artist will match your skin colour and create a mix for you which we record on our file. Then you can re-order online. If for any reason your mix is different or has changed and you need this amended - we cannot refund, you will need to visit your closest store where we will mix this again correctly for you.
